Верификация алгоритма расчёта первичной продукции для юго-восточной части Балтийского моря по судовым и спутниковым данным

Для российского сектора юго-восточной части Балтийского моря предложен алгоритм расчёта первичной продукции (РР), полученный по данными ежемесячных измерений РР in situ на буйковой станции в 2008–2009 гг. Алгоритм включает три составляющие: вертикальный профиль хлорофилла а (Chl а), параметр оценки распределения подводной фотосинтетически активной радиации и фотосинтетический параметр. Для восстановления вертикальных профилей Chl а по его концентрации в поверхностном слое использовано эмпирическое уравнение, разработанное ранее для Балтийского моря польскими океанологами. Толщина эвфотического слоя определена по концентрации Chl а в поверхностном слое по эмпирическому уравнению, полученному для района наблюдений. Фотосинтетический параметр вычислен из уравнения множественной регрессии, переменные в котором — температура воды и концентрация Chl а. Верификация алгоритма выполнена по материалам экспедиционных исследований, которые проводились в изучаемом районе между 2003 и 2020 гг., а также по спутниковым данным, осреднённым для двухнедельных периодов, совпадающих со сроками экспедиций. Представленный алгоритм имеет сходную эффективность с другими моделями РР, которые верифицировались для Балтийского моря. В отличие от них вычисленные по алгоритму значения РР в тёплый период года не занижаются, что имеет большое значение для изучения и предсказания динамики экосистемы изучаемого района. Несмотря на ограничения, полученные уравнения могут быть использованы для расчёта РР по спутниковым данным и помогут восполнить пробелы в натурных наблюдениях.
