Развитие концепции точного земледелия для культур озимой пшеницы: от мультиспектральных спутниковых данных к гиперспектральным эталонам

Повышение эффективности управления продукционным процессом озимой пшеницы представляется ключевой задачей для обеспечения продовольственной безопасности и устойчивого развития сельского хозяйства. В настоящей статье анализируется и развивается концепция интегрированной системы управления, сочетающая данные дистанционного зондирования Земли, климатические показатели, почвенные характеристики, гибкие алгоритмы оценивания параметров состояния и передовые методы машинного обучения для мониторинга роста и прогнозирования урожайности озимой пшеницы. На основе анализа современных исследований, включая модели IGWO-CNN (англ. Improved Gray Wolf Optimization — Convolutional Neural Network), LSTM (англ. Long Short-Term Memory), RF (англ. Random Forest), SVM (англ. Support Vector Machine), WOFOST (англ. WOrld FOod STudies) и др., рассмотрен комплексный подход, позволяющий осуществлять точное и своевременное прогнозирование урожая на региональном уровне. Особое внимание уделено проблеме интеграции гиперспектральных данных в качестве эталонных для калибровки и верификации спутниковых моделей. Представлен многоперспективный анализ эффективности различных сенсоров и методов, в том числе анализ на уровне сенсоров, методологий моделирования, предикторов и проблемных областей, что позволило определить наиболее эффективные подходы для интеграции с гиперспектральными эталонами. Предложено усовершенствование алгоритма оценивания состояния агроценоза на основе фильтра Калмана для расширенного вектора состояния, включающего параметры биомассы и почвенной среды. Результаты показывают, что интеграция мультиспектральных данных (особенно Sentinel-2 с красными краевыми каналами) и радарных данных (Sentinel-1) с гиперспектральными эталонами и интерпретируемыми моделями глубокого обучения значительно повышает надёжность прогнозов и будет способствовать принятию обоснованных решений в сельскохозяйственном производстве.
