The automatic forming of the regional databank by satellite imagery in the continuous receiving mode

In this paper the regional bank of the satellite images of Samara region is described. The main themes are the following:
purpose of databanks creation, informational filling, developed technologies of replenishment and functioning,
the structure and main functions of the developed software of databank supports. Besides this the paper proposes
the definition principles, structure and purpose of main components of software and also geoinformation support
of regional spatial data and metadata of the Samara region geoportal based on regional bank of the satellite images.
