The problems of coprocessing aviation hyperspectral and radar data as well as in situ measurements
for winter wheat are considered. The simi-empirical models for spectral reflectance coefficient (SRC)
and differential cross-sections (DCS) of winter wheat are given. The comparison of results predicted for
proposed CSR and DCS models and in situ data are carried out. Kalman filter formalism for the
assessment of the leaf area index (LAI) current values and DCS model parameters of winter wheat are
used.
