The problem of mathematical images processing for remote sensing system including electron-optical image intensifiercharge couple device (CCD)-digital image processing facility-display is solved. The peculiarity of used approach is estimation and processing of local image fragments with different exposition time. This permits to save the local contrast of image. In order to decrease the influence of electron-optical image intensifier shot noise the algorithms of processing for the frame sequence by means of averaging sequential frames taking into accounts carrier movement was developed. Demonstration tests showed its efficiency.
