Programmatic and algorithmic tools to solve problems of natural and anthropogenic objects recognition using hyperspectral airspace imagery

Basic postulates are described of solution of regional applied problems to recognize natural and anthropogenic objects and to retrieve the forest state parameters using hyperspectral airborne remote sensing data. The technology to solve the problem includes characteristic features of the instruments used while forest monitoring of various species, canopy density and crowns density of the relevant stands. Examples are given of the ground-based validation of the obtained information products of hyperspectral imagery processing in terms of the same parameters which are incorporated into the proposed modeling description of outgoing radiation registered by the hyperspectral remote sensing instruments.
