Experience in assessment of the environmental indicators of waters ports of hyperspectral images

The article considers solution of the problem environmental remote monitoring of the waters in the area of intensive exposure the infrastructure of the seaport. Here is an example of assessing the degree of water pollution by organic and mineral suspended solids, oil films using air hyperspectral tools in the visible and near infrared bands. The classification of areas of contamination and separation with a background of eco-friendly water on the specifics of the spectral-energy characteristics especially considered. Algorithm for the automated identification of areas of contamination that is realized in a special program, which is processed videospectral data is justified. Shows the results of processing on the example of the experimental videospektrometrov "Fregat" and "Lepton" on the waters of the Gulf regions and the Black Sea.
