Research of dynamic processes of ionosphere in the period of low solar activity using data of Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics radiophysical complex

In the article the review of researches conducted on tools of Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics radiophysical complex in the period of decay and minimum of solar and geomagnetic activity was adduced. Statistical laws of behavior of basic characteristics of Eastern Siberia midlatitude ionospheric plasma for different seasons during minimum of solar activity were submitted. On the basis of the data of perennial continuous measurements of electron concentration profile the statistical analysis of wave disturbances was done. In quiet geomagnetic conditions diurnal and seasonal regularities of behavior of midlatitude intermediate (dropping) sporadic layer were found. The new capabilities and methods of experimental analysis of dynamic processes in an ionosphere were briefly described.
