Selection of base digital satellite images for the image synthesis of an Earth's surface section represented in digital pixels with significantly smaller aperture

The paper presents a solution of the problem of search, identification and selection of database fragments of digital satellite images of the same section of the earth's surface whose mutual spatial shift can constitute not only integer values of pixels but also portions of pixel aperture in order to use these images in the synthesis of the resulting image with subpixel representation.
