In connection with the 100th anniversary of Academician Mstislav Vsevolodovich Keldysh and the 35th anniversary of the first Soviet-American space flight, «Soyuz-Apollo» is one of the important purposes of article - and remind experienced and young scientists and researchers of the grand role of Chief Theorists of cosmonautics,, the President of the USSR Academy of Sciences, organizer and first chairman of the Interdepartmental Scientific-Technical Council on Space Research of USSR Academy of Sciences, the only mathematician three times Hero of Socialist Labor in international cooperation in space exploration and the first Soviet-American spaceflight program ASTP (the joint Apollo-Soyuz Test Project).
