Possibility of a detection of tropical cyclones and hurricanes formation according to satellite remote sensing

On the basis of numerical simulation of cyclonic vortices formation in the field of an intratropical zone of convergence (IZC), and also the analysis of the data of microwave remote sensing (global radio thermal fields of the Earth from electronic collection GLOBAL-Field) and the data about a wind in the field of an IZC the technique of the forecast of formation of tropical cyclones according to satellite remote sensing is offered. Work is executed with financial support of the RFBR № 10-01-00451.
