Main object of the work is to design and to prototype basic nodes of United Information System for Fundamental Space Research (UIS FSR) aimed to support receiving, processing, archiving, and exchanging procedures both on active phase of space researches and after them. The work presents rationales of accepted solutions and results of UIS FSR design implemented as hierarchical distributed system of information nodes united by common data receiving, storing, and distributing policy serving interests of Russian research society engaged in space researches.
