Optimization of decision making processes in the experts' systems of planning of special apparatuses of the Earth remote sensing satellites

An approach to optimal programming of satellite observations is presented. It is based on multiobjective optimization and geospatial intelligence methods. Each partial criterion to be optimized defines a
demand for space images of particular ministry and is formed using geospatial analysis of fuzzy expert judgments. As a result of convolution of partial criteria we obtain 3d surface of generalized demand of every ministry, while 2d projection of this surface can be used to support decision making in programming of satellite observation.
