The following paper describes characteristics and functions of microwave-radiometer MTVZA-GY based on spacecraft «Meteor-M» №1. MTVZA-GY data ground preprocessing are described. This preprocessing consist of: unpacking, geographical and time gridding, radiometric calibration, creation of information products files.
