The phase method for the investigation of the fractal ionospheric turbulence structure

The peculiarity of the phase method for the investigation of the multifractal turbulence ionospheric structure was examined. Its base is measurement of the multidimensional structure functions of q power for phase fluctuations of artificial satellite signals. The results of the multifractal processing for signals from the artificial navigation satellite received on the earth for the time of strong artificial ionospheric disturbances by hearting SURA facilities are given.
