Features of Monitoring of Tropical Cyclogenesis in the Global Field of Water Vapor

Using software ENVI and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 alpha version of data mining system EVA 00 was proposed and prepared. This base includes remote sensing information about two stochastic processes, have radically different temporal-spatial-temporal scale and structure characteristics. The first process is the tropical cyclogenesis, is shown as a stochastic set of random events (tropical cyclones). The second process is spatial global field of the integral perceptible water with strong spatial-temporal variability during 2001. In the paper it is shown, the object-relation data base has some advantages over standard data bases.
