Accelerated relyability testing of spaceborne
FTIR spectrometer IRFS-2

The paper describes the test bench for accelerated reliability tests of IKFS-2 and the first results of the spaceborne
fourier-spectrometer turnaround hereat. The installation has been created in Keldysh Research Center. The first
stage of the reliability test that lasts 3 months has been conducted, where the equipment running time of 1685 hours
has been reached. The substantiation of the chosen methods of test is given, its applicability concerning IKFS-2 is
addressed. The amount of further activity required for accomplishing the tests and determining the reliability of
IKFS-2 is defined. The prospect of application of the tests` results are considered.
