Reliable operation of distributed satellite data collection, processing and dissemination complexes requires a highly
efficient control system. Such a system must feature automatic failure detection and reporting to the responsible
personnel along with failure logging. The paper describes various aspects of controlling satellite data collection,
processing and dissemination complexes. Particularly the servers and processing workstations operation control system,
data availability in databases control system and system operation failures logging system are described.
