The paper describes the methods of designing union information resources providing unified means for search and
use of data stored in various satellite data archives. The method of providing access to satellite data archives of
Space Research Institute (IKI), West Siberian (ZS RCPOD) and Far East (DV RCPOD) regional receiving and
processing centers is focused on. In terms of this method the given information resources are united not physically
but virtually - with the data representation interfaces. Thus, no redesign of existing archives, same as creation of
expensive united data storage is required. The paper also describes the architecture of the union catalogue and basic
features of the implemented cartographic web-interface for data search and analysis.
