Techniques of an estimation of spatial and radiometric resolution of space images are presented. Basic methodology
for assessing the linear resolution is the analysis of contrasting borders brightness fluctuations, the normalization of
the edge spread functions, obtained by a set of fragments, and combining the results of statistical analysis. In a basis
of a technique of an estimation of the radiometric permission property of independence of nonzero readout of autocorrelation
function from the additive not correlated noise is necessary. Other constructive element of this technique
is introduction parametrically adjusted model of autocorrelation function depending on statistical properties of video
data. Questions of metrological certification of the offered techniques are considered, authentic estimations of accuracy
of the decision of tasks in view are received.
