Polarized radiation transfer in heterogeneous systems and kinetic

The kinetic approach to modelling of the polarized radiation transfer in natural media is developed
on a basis of the general vector boundary-value problem for the linearity Boltzmann's equation with pair
collisions. The transfer operator of the heterogeneous polarized radiation transfer system with the
different radiation conditions in the subdomains have been constructed.
