The technical characteristics of the Star Trackers and Sun Sensor are given. The designation of the
Star Tracker and Satellite Navigation System with obtaining and coordinate reference of videodata is
determined by the surveying system of the remote sensing of the Earth. It is proposed the procedure of
the coordinate reference of the images, obtained by camera on CCD lines with conducting of stereo
surveying of the object on the earth surface. Photogrammetric dependences between the coordinates of
corresponding points on the scanning images of object and its geocentric coordinates on the earth surface
are determined. The enumeration of the determined parameters with the calibration of camera and
automatic spacecraft for achieving the mean-square error of the coordinate reference of camera images
comparable with resolution level is formulated.
