Estimation of the relation "signal/noise" of optiko-electronic devices
under images of a terrestrial surface

The technology of measurement of level of the additive not correlated noise on space images of a
terrestrial surface is presented. The technology basis is made by the mathematical parities describing
dependence of autocorrelation function of the image from a dispersion of additive noise. The approach of
a high-precision estimation of noise level on the basis of the statistical analysis differential images is
offered. Analytical and experimental estimations of accuracy of measurements of a dispersion of noise
are received.
