Actuality and completeness of the radar image as pragmatical
characteristics of space systems of remote sensing of the Earth

The system characteristic of space system of remote sensing of the Earth, taking into account principles of
functioning of elements of system, the requirement of a various sort of consumers, resource limitations is
offered. The principle of a substantiation of the characteristic is based on definition of degree of importance of
the got information of the remote sensing of Earth for an user. The basic differences of the offered characteristic
are shown in comparison with the universally accepted characteristic. Conditions of functioning of elements of
system are considered, and dependences describing them are resulted.
