All-Russia Seminar “Problems in Remote Sensing of the Earth from Space”: Results of 2025 sessions

The results of 2025 sessions of All-Russia Seminar “Problems in Remote Sensing of the Earth from Space” have been summarized. The Seminar has been held since 2021 at Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Twelve reports were presented at the Seminar in 2025, in line with the organizers’ plans to hold regular sessions with an average frequency of approximately one per month. The format of merging reports into thematic series has been further developed, expanding opportunities for in-depth discussion and debate on specific research areas and current challenges. The representation of regions and organizations from the Russian Federation among invited speakers continues to grow. At the same time, a broad audience has been maintained, averaging approximately 100 participants at each session. This report includes a summary of the sessions, a discussion of the main features of the Seminar in 2025, and background information that may be useful to regular and potential participants.
