The results of long-term outflow monitoring from Kaliningrad Bay are presented based on high spatial resolution optical data for the period from January 2014 to September 2020, with the subsequent verification with data from field expedition measurements performed in the summer period in 2018–2020. The work analyzed the prevailing wind speeds and directions and their relationship with the shape and direction of the outflow spreading. The main interannual and seasonal morphometric features of the plume are considered. On the basis of remote sensing data, the areas of surface plumes were digitized and calculated, the results are presented in the form of summary annual maps for the entire study period. Based on the data of field measurements, a high dynamic variability of the plume was shown for several days. The fine vertical structure of the plume was investigated.
