The Editors of the journal are happy to congratulate Roshydromet and Roscosmos on the successful start of the implementation of Arktika-M - a unique satellite Earth observation project. We also congratulate the designers of the Arktika-M No. 1 satellite and developers of the corresponding operational infrastructure, including AO Lavochkin RPA, SRC Planeta, AO Russian Space Systems, and the others who laid the foundation for this outstanding, technologically sophisticated and globally unrivalled project.
