Cross-calibration of Photospectral System data measured from the ISS in the Uragan space experiment

The paper describes the results of processing of data (images and spectra) registered by the Photospectral system (PhSS) from the International space station during the Uragan space experiment. Validation was performed by cross-calibration of PhSS spectra with Hyperion spectra, as well as PhSS data with Landsat 7 data in the visible and NIR spectral bands. The cross-calibration of the PhSS and Hyperion spectra was carried out by direct comparison with a correction of different Sun elevation angles. Cross-calibration of PhSS and Landsat 7 images was carried by comparison of radiances of the same Earth surface measured quasi-synchronously by two sensors in three spectral bands. Radiometric correction of three-band (R, G, B) images of the PhSS was carried out previously using the radiance spectra of PhSS related to these images. When comparing radiometrically corrected radiance values of images of the PhSS and Landsat 7, correction factors are used that take into account the differences in full width at half maximum of the compared channels and lighting conditions.
