In this paper, evaporation indexes and bio-physic parameters (MODIS data) linear trends coefficients for drylands of the European part of Russia are analyzed. The decrease in dryland moistening is irregular, it is more evident in steppe pastures, and less evident in desert areas. The desert areas near the Caspian Sea are not touched by the drying up. Changes in bio-physical parameters on the study territory are caused, first of all, by regional-scale moistening alteration. Concurrently, anthropogenic changes on pastures areas intensify the changes of bio-physical parameters. Vegetation condition (VCI) degradation and albedo growth are noted on the most part of study territory, except for the area near the Caspian Sea. Areas of NDVI decline, connected with areas of surface temperature growth, are localized north to the desert pastures area. Local nidi of NDVI decrease at left right sides of the Volga river are related to the ranges of steppe flora transformed as a result of overgrazing. Also, the territorial similarity between NDVI linear trends coefficients and surface temperature is defined.
