Results of the inverse problem solution on the base of airborne radiative observation (NASA, USA and SpbSU, Russia) are considered. The algorithm and first results of processing have been presented earlier (Melnikova et al., 2009, Genya et al. 2013). Here observational and processing uncertainties are taken into account for result regularization. The influence of uncertainties of observation, angle function calculation, and processing approach are analyzed. The dependence on viewing direction is appeared. Calculating uncertainties is accomplished analytically with using formulas for optical parameters retrieval. Retrieval results obtained from USA and old Russian data are compared.
