The paper describes the principles of the World Space Observatory-Ultraviolet (WSO-UV) mission Space Telescope pointing. Guidance cycle includes rough and fine serial loops, which use Fine Guide Sensors (FGS), Momentum Wheels, Star Sensors and Gyroscopic Meters of the Angular Rate Vector. Collaboration work of these systems provides superposition of the UV-source image on a telescope focal surface with the centre of the entrance diaphragm of a spectrometer or pointing the centre of the given celestial sphere part to the centre of the Field Camera.
