Problems are considered of the automated computational procedures of airborne hyperspectral data processing accented on the retrieval of the biological productivity of forest vegetation. Bases are shown of the proposed approach realization with description of the module that enables to solve the retrieval problem as well as to employ the users interface together with mapping of the final results
