Geodynamic features of seismic areas of Russia, based on lineament analysis

Based on the result of multilevel lineament analysis of satellite images were studied the features of seismicity and
geological structure of the earth seismic areas: Caucasus; Baikal rift zone, Kamchatka, Sakhalin. In thematic processing
of satellite imagery received various statistical indicators lineament tectonics on all test sites. The main information was
carried from schemes of cross-cutting lineaments at different thresholds of image processing, general and local Rosediagrams,
lines elongation of local Rose-diagrams (reflect the average direction of the long axes of Rose-diagrams of
lineaments), the field total density of lines, the quantity (in pixels) and total length (km) lines in different directions,
identified at zero threshold.
