Use the express-analysis program QAVIS for the satellite monitoring

It is designed universal program QAVIS (Quick Analysis of Videos and Images for Scientists) for express-analysis of the images and video. It is intended for performing the operative quantitative analysis of the images and video, observed on screen of the monitor of the personal computer. Online processing of the video provided by using FFTW, which is one of the fastest libraries of the discrete Fourier transform, and careful optimization of the code. The program works with video memory of the computer that allows to simultaneously process all video frames viewing on the screen. At present QAVIS is successfully used in POI FEB RAS for processing satellite images and ground based video data.
