The application of the satellite diagnosis maps, which is let out through everyone 15 minutes of flight, for an estimation of danger of meteorological conditions in area of air incident is considered. The estimation is made for all stages of flight of the An-22 aircraft up to the moment of its accident of December 28, 2010. Is shown, that during takeoff and set of height of flight dangerous meteorological conditions could be freezing of the overcooled rain and intensive icing in clouds. And in area of accident - turbulence on border of sharp change of radiating temperature and height of the top border of a cloudy cover. The utility of application of maps of the diagnosis for prevention of similar incidents in the cold period of year is noted.
Keywords: air incident, satellite, radiating temperature, height of clouds, icing, turbulence
