Since the year 2011 the new ionosphere receivers chain at Kamchatka peninsula was established. The chain allows to reconstruct electron density distribution above the Kamchatka Area from 48 to 61 north latitude. The data from the chain is collected at the Moscow tomography server and the tomograms are available on-line in 5…10 minutes after the satellite pass. The reconstructed electron density values were verified on ionosonde foF2 data. It was shown that the reconstructed electron density has 15 % mean error for F-spread. The reconstructed electron density distribution allows to fix several types of irregular structures in the ionosphere. There was revealed the existence of relatively sharp latitude boundary of F-spread, local throws in F-spread and the wave structures with 250 and 500 km wavelength in obtained data.
