Determination of TLE format ballistic parameters in the system of ionosphere tomography

The method of correction of the orbit parameters in the TLE format for low-orbit satellites using the highly stable signals at 400 MHz was developed and implemented. The scheme of realization of this method applied to a system of ionosphere tomography is shown in this article. The accuracy of satellite position determination based on the orbital parameters received by this method is enough for the ionosphere tomography system, but there are prospects for accuracy improvements. The method of obtaining ballistic data is implemented in such a way that its output can be used in the existing system without corrections
