The structure of a relational database of SRC main types of landscape and its software-based GIS

This paper describes features of a database of spectral radiance coefficients and software for managing and processing the data using GIS technology. Also describes the relationship of the database with a map of the landscape model. An algorithm for determining SRC within the parameters of the observation date, time, azimuth of sight, angle of sight, spectral resolution, the beginning and end of the range of the analyzed spectrum.
