The problems of creation and content of the database from the coefficients of the spectral brightness of the objects of terrestrial ecosystems

The work presents the history and the modern state of investigations of the coefficients of the spectral brightness of the elements of the landscape in the interests of information support of aviation and space systems of Earth remote sensing. Describes the principles of formation and filling of a database, created with use of GIS technologies, to support the metering calculations in the planning of the space of hyperspectral shooting areas with different types of landscape in the different phenological times and seasons of the year and its mainstreaming in the process of exploitation.
