The following paper describes the radio-frequency interference (RFI) impact on the data of microwave-radiometer MTVZA-GY identified as from terrestrial telecommunication means, the radiation of which directly falls within the range of sight of the device, or from geostationary relay satellites, whose signals reflected from the ocean surface influence the measurement of brightness temperature.
Keywords: Earth remote sensing, meteorology, spacecraft «Meteor-M», radio-frequency interference (RFI), microwave radiometer MTVZA-GY, radiothermal radiation, brightness temperature
