The paper describes simulation model for convert the aviation hyperspectral data to satellite sensors. The pretreatment of aviation hyperspectral images discussed. Properties of system were developed with a help of model MODTRAN 5.2 for hyperspectral data which were passed the optical atmosphere media to cosmos
