A solution of the problem is proposed concerning dynamics revealing in the crop area structure and estimates in the crop rotation observation based on satellite technologies using images of high resolution. Information about dynamics structure of the crop areas is formed on the level of single farms. Any agricultural field is considered as an element of such structure. To obtain the estimates of the crop rotation demands, requirements of the agronomy science for the South of Russia are used. Technique is proposed of the crop rotation dynamics and a table form of the information representation to observe their violations. GIS projects have been elaborated and the estimates of the crop rotation violations have been obtained for separate areas within space monitoring of Rostov region.
