Major stages of creation of unified software and algorithm tools are considered for data processing from different
types of multispectral and hyperspectral airspace remote sensing instruments starting from initial assertion of solar
radiation transfer problem in the Earth surface - atmosphere system up to pattern recognition of natural and anthropogenic
objects as well as the state parameters assessment for soil-vegetation cover together with the biological
productivity assessment for various types of vegetation. Examples are demonstrated of gaining the relevant information
products concerning hyperspectral imagery processing, the vegetation phytomass volume retrieval of various
types of ecosystems, forest vegetation species, inter-crown vegetation and calculation of net primary productivity as
an important indicator of the elaborated technology applications to study possible climate changes.
Keywords: multispectral and hyperspectral airspace imagery, data processing, forest ecosystems, state parameters, biological productivity
